Ementa: Ontogênese e estrutura da flor. Polinização e fecundação. Ontogênese e estrutura do fruto e da semente. Dispersão de frutos e sementes.

Objetivo: Reconhecer e caracterizar os diversos tecidos da flor, fruto e semente em desenvolvimento das Angiospermas e a relação desses órgãos reprodutivos com o ambiente.

Programa:

Flor
Conceito e ontogenia da flor;
Vascularização floral;
Estrutura do perianto/perigônio;
Estrutura e diferenciação dos tecidos do estame;
Desenvolvimento do pólen;
Diferenciação e estrutura dos tecidos do carpelo (pistilo);
Desenvolvimento e estrutura do óvulo ou rudimento seminal;
Estrutura de nectários.
Polinização e fecundação.

Conceito e ontogenia do fruto;
Estrutura do pericarpo;
Estruturas não carpelares;
Estrutura de frutos múltiplos (compostos), agregados, esquizocarpos, antocarpos e simples.
Semente
Conceito e ontogenia da semente;
Desenvolvimento e estrutura dos tegumentos, endosperma, perisperma e embrião;
Tipos de sementes.
Dispersão de frutos e sementes (diásporos)
Tipos de dispersão (autocoria, anemocoria, zoocoria, hidrocoria e diplocoria);
Estruturas especiais de dispersão e heterodiasporia.

Critérios de avaliação:

A avaliação será feita mediante trabalho teórico-prático referente ao tema da disciplina, com valor de 0,0 (zero) a 10,0 (dez).
