Attention: The Teaching Traineeship Plan should be sent to PGB preferably 3 (three) months before the start date, considering that the plan must be sent to ACO and, later, to the department of the course where the discipline will be taught, where the plan must be approved.

For the Final Report:

Attach a statement from the professor responsible for the discipline, stating that the activities were carried out according to Activity Plan I and II.

Forward the activities or slides, which were used during the classes, regarding the two plans.
